No: Pot is contraindicated in social anxiety and it makes it worse. Also it is contraindicated in paranoid states. Klonopin (clonazepam) at the current dose is insufficient for sad. You should be on an antidepressant for the sad, possibly a low dose second generation atypical antipsychotic and a higher dose of Klonopin (clonazepam) and the pot must go! you need psychotherapy also.!best wishes. ...Read more

With intensive tx: Harm OCD is often manageable since it is against the basic values of the person and they'll be cooperative in therapy. If it is part of a severe case (which even w/o harm obsessions) is harder to treat, diligent therapy plus carefully balanced medications and even shock treatments may be needed to break the grip.
