Yellow stool: hello, a yellow stool in the absence of any other symptoms is probably due to some food coloring in your diet. If you dont have any diarrea, no abdominal pain and weight loss I would not be concerned. Check what you are eating for anything that could make the stool yellow and them omit one at a time and note effect. thanks ...Read more
