Just noticed little red circles formed by little worm like things on palm of hands... Worms looking things also in eyes skin nose mouth anus. Help?

What would cause little white worm like things to appear all over (eyelids, inside nose ans mouth, skin, legs, arms....) causing bruising and tenderness in parts of.Leg and arms, and little red bites?
I go for running everyday 40 minutes. Should I breathe through nose or mouth or both. If I breath through mouth can it cause protrusion of teeth?
