Use DVDs: You've got a terrific start with all that equipment! I'm a huge fan of p90, p90x and related dvds as they are holistic and cycle through resistance, aerobic and endurance workouts. Personal trainer: The best way to safely start a new work out routine is to work with a personal trainer. This way they can make sure you have the proper form while performing exercises.
