My best advice as a sports medicine physician and endurance 'athlete' is to find a work- out partner w/ similar work- out goals as you and train together... Prob not: As long as you eat a little less during your 3 day holiday, you shouldn't gain any weight, especially as a one off. A little extra muscle recovery time now and then is good for you.

Fatigue & Exercise: Hi, well make sure you don't have Sleep Apnea which making u unrefreshed after a restful sleep, also untreated allergy, if none of these then I would say you need some motivation, you gotta kick urself in the back and get urself to the Gym, it's not easy at first but the result is amazing, you get the energy that you r looking for after you start.
