No magic bullet: If your energy output is less than your energy intake, you would gain weight. Fat and carb tend to make one gain weight than protein. Thus you can gain weight either by reducing the intensity or even more importantly the duration of the workout, or by eating more food. Hi, well make sure you don't have Sleep Apnea which making u unrefreshed after a restful sleep, also untreated allergy, if none of these then I would say you need some motivation, you gotta kick urself in the back and get urself to the Gym, it's not easy at first but the result is amazing, you get the energy that you r looking for after you start.
