Have shingles on tight. Is it normal that my leg convulses when pain is worse? My foot shakes or my bum cheek moves 3secs without me "controlling" it.

Not really.: A few hours is way too little time to see any side effects from a zostavax shot. Some people experience a mild flu-like feeling, but it doesn't develop for several days to a week.
