Probably: I say it probably is synthetic because the only label i could find online to review ingredients does not specify what form of vitamin e is used. Synthetic types use d, l tocopherol with no tocotrienols, etc. But all the label says is "vit e. Can i take a regular woman's vitamin like vita-vim for women and a folic acid supplement of 1000mcg while pregnant instead of a prenatal vitamin?
Prenatal vitamins: Its probably ok to do this, but if the issue is the vitamin is too big, ask for a chewable. Vit d3 is better absorbed than d2. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
