Rare: The condition you are asking about is called hermaphrodite. These people have both female and male genitalia. It is extremely rare. In my 35 years of practice I have never seen a person with this condition.See 1 more doctor answer
I am not sure where: This question is coming from. Some people have said that caffeine effects sexual function in a male (which can impact size - erect vs non-erect penis) but my understanding is that there are no studies that have supported this.
It is genetics: Genetically determined.Get a more detailed answer ›
Is "oversized male genitalia syndrome" real? If not, is there another medical condition for a flaccid penis that is over 10 inches?
One can dream: I know of no condition per se, but we humans do come in all shapes and sizes!
How would someone get rid of bad smells coming from their male genitalia even though I'm pretty sure its not infected?
Hygiene: Hygiene probably is the answer. Shower daily, washing the genital and anal area with soap and water, including retracting the foreskin if you are uncircumcised. If you are overweight, i.e. with skin folds in the groin or genital area that don't get much air exposure, use cornstarch or talcum powder to keep dry, and maybe wash with soap and water twice daily. If odor continues, see a doctor.
Why as a male, I'm not attracted to the female genitalia? Is it just the the way the genitalia looks?
Consultation: First get a consultation with your physician. There are many factors that may need to be addressed. A blood test is a start and then determination of a possible hormonal imbalance. Your concern may be the initial entry into a problem that is affecting other parts of your body function for health that needs addressing.
Yes: If have both male and female complete parts called true hermaphodite.
Its possible: Genitalia development depends on the chromosomes and exposure to testosterone. There is a sequence of events starting with the internal genitalia (ovaries, tubes, testes) that ultimately play a role in the development of the external genitalia (outer vagina or penis). If a female, for ex., has all of her genitalia and has an enlarged clitoris (may look like a penis), she could conceive.
Genital warts: There is no single effective cure for removal of genital warts. A number of treatment options exist; however, no treatment is 100% effective in eliminating warts and preventing them from coming back in all patients. It also is not possible to eliminate infection with human papillomavirus once it has occurred. Genital warts may go away on their own in about 10%-20% of people over 3-5 months.See 1 more doctor answer

No way: Male circumcision is requirement by some religions & female so called 'circumcisions' by NO religions. I was diagnosed with genital herpes today. It really hurts when I urinate what can I do? Ps I am a female even though my profile says male!
Genital herpes: Primary (first episode) genital herpes can be much more severe than episodes with relapse in the future (if they occur). Ulcers can be associated with pain on urination and can precipitate urinary retention. Appropriate antiviral treatment with Acyclovir or valacyclovir should help healing.
Can a male who has contracted genital gonorrhea from receiving oral sex, infect a female through oral sex? Or must the infected genital make contact?
Oral sex which way?: Gonorrhea is only transmitted from the infected site, and it doesn't travel through the body to other places. If you have untreated urethral (penile) gonorrhea and a partner performs oral sex on you, she can acquire oral gonorrhea. You can't give it by performing oral sex. However, you should not be having ANY sex until and unless your gonorrhea has been treated and cured.
