Yes: Endometriosis does increase the risk of infertility although u do still ovulate.The chocolate cysts aren't functional cysts.They contain uterine lining cells that bleed when u have ur period and the old blood in them causes them 2 look like they r filled with chocolate syrup.If they rupture it can cause a lot of pain.Endometriosis can cause scar tissue that can block normal tubes cause infertility ...Read more

Absolutely: Endometriosis can affect fertility and apls can affect miscarriage. So the two affect different parts of the process. If you know you have both of them, then you should definitely seek fertility care at least for an evaluation to see how the endomeriosis is affecting things.
