PLEASE ask you doc: Who is going to do the surgery since your doc knows exactly what he or she is going to do and knows your body habitus, that is a standard ? Depends on the dates: There are two main reasons for not seeing a heartbeat: wrong dates or abnormal pregnancy. We should be able to see a heartbeat at 4 weeks post conception. Depends: A "tilted" uterus is normal in one third of women and does not result in decreased chances of pregnancy. Fibroids can have implications for pregnancy depending on where they are in the uterus. Rarely: Your cervix may be hard to find for your doc doing your exam, but sperm are great swimmers and know what to do! the anatomical location of your uterus is also not a deterrent to becoming pregnant unless the internal structure is affected.
