Could B GERD: It is possible that this is from acid irritation of the esophagus. Acid brought up by the vomiting. However chest pain is always a potentially serious issue - mayby related to why you vomited in the first place. But at age 20 gb and heart disease are less likely. I have asthma. i have back pain and today woke up with chest pain . only when i breathe does my back and chest hurt do i have an infection?

Probably not: Asthma causes one to have muscle pains especially if u have been coughing a lot and not well controlled. Chest pain from constant coughing is quite common. Back pain can also result from overuse of respiratory muscles in the back.
