Some times in eye vision it gets slightly cloudy but after blinking the cloudy vision goes away and get back with clear vision.. Are my eyes healthy ?

Probably dry eye: This is most common when first waking up and the blurry vision is temporary. Artificial tears over the counter will help. Make sure it does NOT contain any redness or itching reliever in it. Just a pure lubricating drop. Use this through out the day and when waking up. Generally 3-4x/day. Dry eye is very common. For a while i've had eye floaters with pvd; recently, flashes with cough or move head in peripheral right vision; at times see shadow rgt eye peri.

See an eye doc ASAP: It sounds like you had a vitreous detachment (pvd)which is very common after age 50 or earlier if the person is myopic or had h/o an eye trauma. 90% people of the time the person has no issue except floater and occasional flashes for 2-4 months.
