See the Doc: I would not mess around with eye issues as you do not want it to progress into an overt eye infection such as Conjunctivitis ("Pink Eye"). Hemorrhage: This is almost certainly a tiny hemorrhage from a conjunctival vessel. This gets into the space between the conjunctiva and the underlying sclera. Unless you are anti-coagulated, by the time you notice it the bleeding has stopped. But the small blood spot will spread widely over the next several days until your eye absorbs it.
