The duphaston is a Progesterone replacement--i assume Progesterone deficiency was cause of your pregnancy loss? If so, this should help. Side effects are many but you need this during pregnancy. More info needed: The effect may be dose dependent, though unlikely to affect BBT (basal body temp). Bbt and the temperature elevation is a marker for ovulation and if you're undergoing fertility treatments at the age of 45, it may be more important to expedite surveillance and trigger ovulation medically.
