Be careful: As if you don't know what your response to various supplements, you could actually make your symptoms worse or develop other issues. If your issues are truly related to abruptly stopping Zoloft and/or Wellbutrin, (bupropion) why don't your review this with your doctor and try to come up with a plan to more slowly taper off of these medications to prevent withdrawal symptoms. ...Read more

Maybe a change?: You don't mention other issues or treatments but 13 yrs sounds very long! Some might differ, but I never thought these drugs should be life-long. They've been shown to be best used along w/ psychotherapy - the real agent of change! Don't stop or mess w/ dose w/out good medical support, but do find a good therapist ASAP. Bad effects can come at any point from SSRIs. Be careful, be safe, be well! ...Read more
