Don't use Sharpie: You may be allergic to one of the volatile chemicals. Pediazole (erythromycin ethylsuccinate and sulfisoxazole) allergy is uncommon as well. Discuss this with the allergist. Another possibility is that you may have precipitated a form of migraine triggered by the chemical odor. Either way use something else to write with and if your teacher gives you a hard time about it tell them that I think its a true medical condition. ...Read more

Sounds like: your headaches are consistent with a spasm in the temporalis muscles. The back edge (posterior border) of the muscle is approximately where you describe. I a tense contracted state or spasm it will puff up and protrude hence the bump. Do you happen to clench or grind your teeth?
