Cheek biting: The white spot is almost certainly from the cheek biting......The lining of the cheek is called the mucosa
and it responds to chronic irritation like a cheek bite
by trying to thicken.....
So the white is thickening mucosa.
Plenty of very warm water with a pinch of salt rinses should help

Problem: Even though you do not see a wisdom tooth it does not mean that the problem does not originate from an erupting tooth below the gum line. Could also be the opposing wisdom tooth erupting. Not much concern: The hole probably is the space left where your teeth were.
If no pain, you shouldn't worry.
