Winded When Taking Deep Breath
Dx lung nodules now have chest pain (heart checked out ok). Pain gets more severe w deep breaths or cough, ideas? Could this be serious?Easily winded
Pleurisy: It sounds to me like you have pleuritic pain.Any irritation to the pleura- which is the lining outside the lung would cause such kind of pain. That could be caused by different things including inflammation, infection ( viral/bacterial) , autoimmune disease, etc. With the lung nodules and now with pleuritic pain- definitely i would advise you to go back to see your pmd- for further eval ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is it possible to lose fat just from ribs? Not losng weight or exercising but can feel ribs/ see them if taking deep breath. 16st 7. Have big appetite
Hard to say.: If you reproduce this symptom with this particular movement or maneuver, then you are more than likely creating a mechanical problem with bone, ligament or nerve involvement causing your pain. See your pcp for an exam if this is more than a nuissance. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Peri scapular pain: This sounds like periscapular pain. Hi , I am having a pain on my rt side of stomach just below my ribs while taking deep breath.
Pleurisy: Your description really sounds like you have pleurisy. Pleurisy is an inflammation of the lining of the lungs after a viral or bacterial infection. Occassionally other sources of pain with breathing include fractured ribs and collapse of the lung (known as a pneumothorax) or inflammation of the rib cage (costrachondritis). ...Read more
I have right side pulmonary ebloism and i start warfrain bt still when am taking deep breath feel pain?
How long ago?: It takes time to heal. Warfarin prevents new clots and allows healing of the old clot but it doesn't stop pain. If this is acute, you will need an analgesic, like Ibuprofen or Aspirin (which increases your risk of bleeding) along with the warfarin to relieve the pain. If the pain resolved and came back, i'd check with your doctor. Be sure your inr is therapeutic. (2-3). ...Read more
