Xenical: Xenical is helpful for managing obesity and weight loss. You will do much better if you also have a lower calorie diet. Don't go overboard on the diet from the beginning but steadily reduce your food intake and, if possible (in this weather?) get in a bit more exercise. Depends on weight .: activity level and maturity rating, as your body may still be growing, and to limit vital nutrients can have long term problems. I would suggest a minimum of 1500 cal/day, but supplement with multivitamin.
