Vaginal "accordion": The vagina itself expands and contracts with sexual arousal and activity. The opening of the vagina does exactly the same as the inside, therefore appearing larger during sexual arousal. Yes: If you explain that is part of your goal, usually the gyn will avoid this though so as not to cause problems with painful intercourse. Instead they will build up the support at the opening which in effect narrows the opening, making things more snug. Probably not...: Kegel's exercise is to tighten striated muscles of the pelvic floor, in turn to improve stress urinary incontinence. But its effect to tighten vagina would be very limited and negligible.
