Probably not...: Kegel's exercise is to tighten striated muscles of the pelvic floor, in turn to improve stress urinary incontinence. But its effect to tighten vagina would be very limited and negligible. Vigorous muscle contraction from masturbation should not be enough to induce a significant improvement in muscle strength around the vagina. So, it is not good enough at all. More?
