Will Swimming Make A Chest Congestion Worse
In theory, can anxiety exacerbate chest congestion? I am not asking if it causes it necessarily, only if it makes it worse, theoretically?
I've had pretty bad chest congestion for a few years now, sometimes clearing my airways of mucus every 2 minutes. Gets worse in cold, exercise, indoor?

Cystic fibrosis may have similar symptoms, but should have been having symptoms since childhood. Depends: I would need more information, i.e., duration of cough, related symptoms (shortness of breath, heartburn), risk factors (smoking, caffeine, eating before lying down), past history (asthma, gerd).
