No: You can't hurt pregnancy. Can increase your risk for a urinary tract infection which can also, if left untreated, increase your risk for kidney infection. But definitely won't hurt the baby. After dehydration, UTI is #2 reason for preterm contractions, so as your pregnancy progresses you could have false labor secondary to holding your pee.
