You can but...: You sure can run, but will you run as well as you would like to, I am not sure. If your achilles tendinitis is untreated, you might aggravate it even worse by running. No: I suggest resting the tendon and seeking treatment for this sooner rather than later. I have been dealing with this condition myself for over five years, which was refractory to stretches, heel lifts, and eccentric strengthening.
