I do not think so: If you are asking for a single medication that is available otc with all 3 ingredients, I am not aware of any. You can find some that have the Pseudoephedrine and the chlorpheniramine but not the acetaminophen. I believe advil (ibuprofen) allergy sinus is close having Ibuprofen instead of the Acetaminophen in pill form. I have a drug test for a new job this week and have been taking sudafed and a friend said i may fail the drug test because of it, is this true?
Not likely, but: Normally when a drug screening test is administered they ask you to list all medications that you are currently taking. This is so that if they do find a positive, they can take extra steps to verify that whatever caused the positive isn't something you listed.
