Lots of Options: OTC non-sedating antihistamines like Allegra, Claritin, (loratadine) or Zyrtec are helpful for perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms, however the gold-standard treatment are daily intranasal steroid sprays if your symptoms are more severe. Nose: Stay away from the OTC nasal sprays as they are addictive. Fluticasone is fine but takes three weeks to work. You need to look for a cause such as allergies.
