Why would a well blended drink of fresh pear, parsley, celery and plain yogurt cause intestinal and back pain?
Fruit juice and milk: Fruit juices and milk products (yogurt) can often cause bloating, gas pains, diarrhea and should be taken with caution if you have a history of easy stomach upset, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance or other related conditions. Some Rx labels say "take with food" to avoid stomach upset. Always wondered how much food do they mean? A piece of fruit? A few crackers?

Some folks can take almost any medicine with an empty stomach and have no problem while others have very sensitive stomachs. Almost any med can cause nausea but some cause it much more frequently than others. Replace don't dilute: The sugar will change the acid/base balance in his mouth while there & for about an hour after drinking the juice. The longer it's in his mouth, the more decay you will see. This can save you loads of time, $$ and pain. Good luck! ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers
Isit healthier to feed kids oatmeal everyday with guar gum or evaporated cane juice? Does all ecjuice contain sucralose or has to be listed ingredient
Oatmeal: Why put anything in the oatmeal? It is a great food by itself. Complex carbs, fiber, some protein. The guar just adds extra fiber, and the juice is a sweetener. If you need a sweetener for taste, that is your choice, and it should not matter whether it is fruit juice, sugar, honey, etc. I would avoid artificial sweeteners in kids. The calories from a little honey is minimal. ...Read more
