Not pregnant: It is very unlikely that you could be pregnant with the Nexplanon implant in place (and not expired). If you are still very concerned, do a home pregnancy test. Bumps or bulges on the cervix are most likely to be harmless cysts, but you should see your Gynecologist for an examination, especially if you have not been seen in the past year. Depends: If by feeling pregnant you mean bloated, than an excess intake of fiber and inadequate fluid intake could be the culprit. Doesn't Add up: 23lbs gained is 83,000 excess calories. 1200-1400 cal per day with exercise should make you lose weight. Full sugar soda, energy drinks or alcohol can add empty calories you may not be counting. The excess has to be coming from somewhere. Thanks for trusting HealthTap! ...Read more
