Ive been travelling in europe for the last 3 weeks. Dry cough for the last 1.5 weeks. Nausea and vomiting lately, esp after eating and at night. ?

Try this: If acute, likely due to a virus, Try humidifier by your bed, and change water every day. If no humidifier, try steam shower. Keep head of bed elevated.
