It doesn't: I'm assuming you're using ovulation prediction kits. Once your surge happens it takes a period of time for the LH to go back down below a level where it goes below the test levels indicated to be positive. I addition if you are checking the LH very often you will pick up a positive a bit before the actual surge. U can do an ovulatio: Ovulation kit , if u ovulate , it should be 14 days before the end of your cycle , the kit usually has 5 days, so u start 2 days before the supposed day of ovulation and finish 2 days after. ...Read more

Ovulation predictor: Women who don't ovulate don't have regular periods. An ovulation predictor kit is a good way of confirming that you are ovulating - get from a pharmacy, don't buy a monitor. Start testing every day from day 10 in your cycle (day 1 is the first day of your period). Test between 10 am and noon. Why are you testing?: You know when you ovulated in your cycle. You are regular. You do not need to keep testing. You now know when to avoid fresh sperm in the vagina to prevent pregnancy and you now know when to have sex safely that won't cause pregnancy. Why are you still testing for ovulation? ...Read more

Possible: Ashermans syndrome is intrauterine adhesions usually resulting from a D&C so it is possible but, since you are still having regular periods, it is not likely. The blocked blood from the adhesions (hematametria) would cause a lot of pain in addition to very light periods and could be seen on an ultrasound. Hope this helps. ...Read more

See a fertility specialist (rei) to get checked out: having one ovary removed, at any age, puts you at high risk for diminished ovarian reserve (low egg supply) - lower egg numbers and quality.
