Will I Gain Weight When I Stop Breastfeeding
Currently breastfeeding a 6 month old but losing too much weight. I weigh 93 pounds and I'm 5'2. What should I do to gain weight? Or should I stop BS?

If you think you might be underweight, see your doctor. But if you are thin, but you eat a good, varied and healthy diet and you keep yourself well hydrated, then stop worrying about it. ...Read more

I am breastfeeding and cannot stop eating! especially naughty foods like chocolate! why is this. I am a healthy weight and exercise?
Chocolate : Is not "naughty". The chocolate bean is bitter and it is the addition of large amounts of sugar that gives it its flavor and its addictive properties. Dr yudkin, a london professor did research on sugar and wrote a book "sweet and dangerous" in 1973. He showed that sugar was the cause of cardiovascular disease and it was forgotten. I am only too well aware of the extent of health loss from this. ...Read more
The opposite: Women who breast feed their babies lose weight faster than those who don't. You can safely adopt an exercise program while nursing, and your diet should be clean and healthy already. It is not advisable to use weight loss supplements or severely restricting diets while breast feeding. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
