Depends: A miscarriage can at time delay ovulation and cause the subsequent cycle to become irregular but it should not cause the periods to become irregular nor it has any affect on rising of the tsh.A miscarriage can indirectly affect fertility due to tubal damage or damage to the endometrial lining .
