Exercise in: General is always good for your health. As to healing the fissure, no relation. How ever, if you don't drink additional fluid at the rate of 20 oz per hour of exercise, you can get constipated and this will make your fissure worse. Not squats: I don't know, but it's definitely not due to the exercises you're doing. When you say you have no stds, i assume that means that you haven't had rectal swabs sent for gonorrhea and chlamydia and you have a negative syphilis test? I would point out that it's unusual for a 24 year old male to have an e. Coli urinary tract infection. I'd want to know why that happened. ...Read more
