Suggestions: I might suggest things like going to bed at the same time each night, no alcohol before bed, if you do not fall asleep within the 1st 15 minutes of laying there, get up and read or do something calm until you feel tired, no exercise an hour before bed, and using your bed only for sleep. Otherwise i would suggest going back to your physician for further help. ...Read more
