High Fiber Diet: Will most likely not encounter any problems. Make sure your bowel movements are regularl & normal. Try to eat a varied diet so your body is exposed to all sorts of vitamins, minerals, proteins & other important nutrients. A high fiber diet may lead to colonic hypertrophy which is associated with sigmoid volvulus. This is rare & usually not seen with with the type of fibers mentioned in question. ...Read more

Include more fiber: In diet! Gatorade is mainly sugar, and not so great for electrolyte replacement. There is something with less sugar called Vitamin Water, but what is even safer is coconut water (fresh). That was used in WW2 to treat wounded soldiers IV! In any case, call your OB/GYN for further direction, and eat more cooked greens and veges. Better to use organic steel cut oats, than bran (GMO). ...Read more
