Lightheaded: not sure what you meant by including urine in your comment. Have you been having urinary infection symptoms? Lightheaded and bloating can be due to many things including infections, stress, medicine, or even something as simple as constipation. See your doctor.: If this is the case, you really should see your doctor to rule out something worse. Unless a doctor told you, you can't be sure it's from traumatic cystitis. It might be prostatitis, or benign prostatic hypertrophy, or you might have damaged your urethra from trauma.
