No: Even if you are thin iliac nodes are not palpable. Too deep. Inguinal nodes can be easily palpated- that's in the groin. Also, there other causes for bumps in the belly. Make some changes: Fat around the belly is actualy very harmful. It's metabolically active and can cause a lot of problems. Talk to your dietician about changes to your current diet.
