I'm not sure about mangosteen or nutmeg powder for ringworm, but tea tree oil has been shown to help cure athlete's foot nearly as well as a prescription cream. You'd want to apply it twice daily for at least 2 weeks and be sure to keep the skin clean and dry.

Who have weak immune system
People who have eczema
People who have diabetes
Those who are chronic carrieirs of staph in their nose
I suggest you treat the present infection and discuss with your doctor to test you for Diabetse and immune system if it keeps recurring
