I've just recovered from 9mths of mono. I also have a 2cm ovarian cyst. Could either (or both) cause terrible headaches that I now experience? Thanks!
Maybe mono.: Ovarian cysts are often silent, and when they're symptomatic, abdominal or back pain predominates the clinical picture. Mono can have a long recovery, including chronic headache. Any cyst the persists for more than 2-3 menstrual periods should be checked further, particularly in those who have a history of ovarian cancer.
