Acid reflux: Sounds like your stomach empties slowly. I would advise consulting with a GI specialist. Avoid caffeine, sodas, acidic foods and overeating. An acid blocker may be helpful like Zantac or Prevacid . You probably need an upper GI study or endoscopy if your symptoms do not improve.
