Nose had been noticeably itchy for a month, now around mouth and spreading to the cheeks are patches of itchy skin with whiteheads in it.. Some developing into cysts. I have mild acne, nothing ever like this. Could it be stahp or secondary infection?

Rx cystic acne: I'm going to assume the diagnosis is correct. Cystic lesions may need a steroid injection from a skilled dermatologist. Regardless, having acne today is a sign of poor self-care and is a professional liability.
