Will A Weak Heart Muscle Cause Headaches
Absolutely: Your heart is a pump that never stops. It pumps blood filled with nutrients and oxygen to your cells so that they may do their job. If your pump isn't working correctly then you entire body suffers. Think of your car not getting enough gas, how does it act? Good luck, ask your doctor about home or portable oxygen treatment.See 1 more doctor answer
It is a body tissue that has the ability to contract. It shortens and generates force. It relaxes and returns to its original length. Muscles move joints, stabilize the body, move air and food through the organs, act as valves for bladder, bowel and other organs. They control movement of the eyes. They help us express ourselves by changing the shape of our ...Read more
LVH: In general a 'slightly thickened' heart muscle would not alone cause symptoms. Having said that, there usually would be a cause for the thickening and so symptoms would be possible related to the cause added to the thickening.
What can cause high blood levels of myoglobin other than damage to skeletal muscle or heart muscle?
Can the EBV cause myocarditis, ? Can a X-ray of the chest help to diagnose or look at the heart muscle for myocarditis?
After r heart cath dr said artery runs through heart muscle instead of on the outside. What does this mean? Can it cause unwanted symptoms?
Hmmmm: Information here is incomplete. A r heart cath doesn't show the coronary arteries. However an intramyocardial artery can occasionally cause symptoms. The cath would need to be carefully reviewed.
Can the flow rate on a IV line cause atrial fribulation, which in turn weaken the heart muscle, create clots and flood the lungs.
IV fluid: Fluid is given through an "IV" (a little tube inserted into a vein) for many reasons: to treat dehydration, to give medicines, & to maintain fluid balance when patients aren't drinking. In some patients if too much fluid is given too quickly it can cause problems including with the lungs. For a detailed review of a particular patient problem, ask a doctor through an inbox consult on HealthTap.
What type of mediated immune attack targets peripheral nerves heart muscle cranial nerves caused by ebv? .Not gbs no pins and needles or inflammation?
Autoimmune disease: Autoimmune diseases can be caused by several different mechanisms but all can result in damage to self-tissues. At times, blood cells attack normal tissue and in other situations, antibodies can inappropriately bind to normal tissues. Each disease has its own mechanism (s) and target organs. Some times viruses invade cells and viral proteins on the cell's surface are targeted by the immune system.
EKG showed 'hardening' of heart muscle. Just had a SV Ischemia show on CT scan. Is this connected? Does Arrythmia cause the hardening?
Not sure: Not sure how an ECG can show hardening of heart muscle. It could show signs that may be related to previous damage of heart muscle. Damage of heart muscle can cause arrhythmia. Most arrhythmias, unless left uncontrolled for long periods of time do dot cause heart damage.
Not: That I am aware of, but generally this says your body I upet about something & it may also be upset about other things that could afect your risk for heardening of the arteries, diabets, or high blood pressure. Look around to see what you may be doing to cause this. Www. Thepmc. Org.See 1 more doctor answer
Conduction: The conduction system is in the myocardium, the middle layer of the heart muscle
Maybe: You should have complete medical evaluation as this could be a lot of different problems. Some people develop or are born with muscle disorders that can affect the heart muscle too. There are blood tests and a test called EMG that can be helpful. Pleas see your primary care doctor first.

I am 47 years, I ask. Does installing pacemaker help to improving my heart muscle, my e.F is 32%. Thanks?
Depends: If the disease is in the muscle, installing a pacer will help if and only if there's a problem getting the atrial kick to the ventricles at the right time. Pacers are great for the right patients, but if the problem is a weak muscle in itself, don't expect benefit. Good luck.
Will the damaged heart muscle be rebuild / restored automatically when the elevated (3.50ng) troponin I value to the normal level (0.27ng)?
No.: No, resumption of normal troponin levels does not mean the heart tissue is restored. If the heart muscle is damaged during a heart attack, scar tissue will form from the damaged tissue. Medications such as ace inhibitors can help the remodeling/healing process of the remaining tissue after a heart attack which can be beneficial. The scar tissue remains.See 1 more doctor answer
