Panic: not guilty: Anxiety/panic is a usual suspect in so many symptoms - this is rare. Low potassium may have been a factor in the stones. If the kidney stone is stuck in the ureter (tube connecting kidney to bladder) and blocking urine flow, the kidney can be damaged from the pressure of urine backing up.
