Quit co-sleeping: Parents can create a restful area for babies crib & enlist audible or visual monitors if worried.Babies are capable of learning to self settle in sleep almost immediately & will do so unless a parent insists on rocking or holding until asleep.Feed only as they wake up, never to soothe. Good & Fair Question: It depends what you mean by little or no immune system. Does she have a specfic diagnosis. Obviously her immune system is good enough to maintain and carry a pregnacy. I think even if her immune system is 'weak', what ever that really means, it would still be the best for the infant to receive the breastmilk from the mother. ...Read more

Breast feed & preg: very difficult to figure out. when is best time in this situation. Breastfeeding naturally supresses ovulation that is probably why the ovulation kits are not working if she is still breastfeeding. I would continue to try, and enjoy the trying. Try not to get too stressed about it. That also makes it tougher to conceive. Good luck. ...Read more
