Root Cause Dependent: Depends on the root cause of the problem. If it is simply from standing all day, then elevating the extremities on 2 pillows above heart level at end of day should suffice. If this is due to other causes (heart disease, kidney failure, high blood pressure, vascular disease or injuries to both lower extremities) then this will not work.
