Why Would I Get An Upset Stomach When I Drink Plain Water In The Morning
I like drinking coffee in the morning, it helps me poo but later on it gives me a lot of anxiety and upset stomach. Why does this happen to me?
After drinking skinny decaf latte, seem to get tiny upset stomach, need to toot more. Sometimes get wee lightheaded for moment. Signs of intolerance?

Stomach pain: The stomach is a sensitive organ and shocking it with cold water may not be the kindest thing you could do to it. Some people react with nausea and or pain with this as there are temperature sensitive receptors in the lining of stomach/nerves.
