How can I boost my immune system? I keep on getting sick because i work around sick patients every day, for the past two years. Taking too much abx.
Hard to boost immune: System..If you work around sick people (as anyone in health care field does ) the best protection is to wash your hands frequently (but moisturize afterwards)&don't touch your eyes or nose. I know of no specific way to boost an otherwise healthy immune system.Other than eating healthfully , exercising , &getting 7-8 hrs.
