Vision blur dot/full: Seems like there is increase pressure in your head, could be sinusitis, bacterial /allergies, GERD wiht or without H pylori, increased vascular pressure from compression of vessals ,superior vena cava like syndrome- cardiac causes from valve dysfunction or cardiac myopathy. Forehead pressure: What happens when you lie down or sleep? Could be sinusitis, allergies, reflux, try prevecid, keep food diary as when it worsens -diary, gluten soy may be culprits.
