Too much caffeine.: Drinking a lot of caffeine all day long can make you jittery and it can keep you up. You can also get headaches if you go too long without the caffeine. See answer: Milk is not bad, too much caffeine may cause your heart rate and or blood pressure to elevate, which is not recommended during pregnancy, so i would tonne down on the coffee.
