Go see ur Family Doc: You didn't mention your age. Regardless, you need to see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for evaluation & testing. Perhaps you have bladder infection. Stomach pain: The first question is could you be or are you pregnant? Home testing can answer that question. Then the next thing to address is fatigue, dizziness, nausea and vomiting which causes you to pass out. R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed .You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori . No: Pressure on lower belly can be due to a lot of non specific reasons. It is unlikely that a cyst from last year is still present , or you have to remove it you can see you doctor and get an ultrasound if this symptom persists. ...Read more

Possibilities: It could be referred pain from your uterus (the menstrual cramps) radiating to the right side; could be a persistent ovarian cyst, could be your appendix.
