Yes, & other things: Armpit (axilla) lump under the skin could be a clogged sweat gland; also could be a lymph node enlarged due to infection in area that it drains, such as any part of the upper extremity down to the fingernail; of course those nodes also drain the breast and chest wall in the area, which could be from infection or cancer.
